Customers will receive the goods within 2 – 4 working days (depending on the distance).
In case of arising cases that cause orders to be delayed compared to the estimated time, we hope that customers will understand.

1. Delivery method:
Ga Mén only accepts orders that provide recipients’ information, address, and phone number correctly and clearly. After the Customer places an order, Ga Mén will email the Customer to confirm the information and discuss the order execution. Ga Mén will not be responsible for orders with incorrect recipient information.

2. Payment method:
– Cash on Delivery (COD): Upon receipt of the goods, the recipient will pay directly to the delivery person. The payment includes the goods price and delivery fee for shipping.
– Payment by domestic ATM card/international Visa payment card
– Payment via VNPAY/MOMO payment gateway

SHOPPING GUIDE

STEP 1: Search and select your favorite product on the website Ga Mén. You can search for products in 2 ways:
Type the name of the product you are looking for in the search bar
Search by product category (Clothing, Accessories, Collections…)

STEP 2: Click on the product you want to buy and add to favorite list or click on the “Add to cart” button to put the product in the cart

STEP 3: Select “Proceed to order” and log in to your account or register a new account by phone number.
Note: Make sure you have entered your email in the “Personal Information” section to receive email updates on order status before placing an order and making payment.

STEP 4: Fill in the delivery information, enter the promotion code, incentive program, and choose the payment method.
* To use the promotion program, please note the following issues:
-If you receive a discount code from Ga Mén, enter that code in the “Enter discount code” box and press “Enter” and your order will be discounted according to the discount you are entitled to.

STEP 5: Check the products in the cart then select “Order”
YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED AND SENT TO GA MÉN. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF SUCCESSFUL ORDER AND ORDER STATUS NOTIFICATION FROM GA MÉN. FINALLY, JUST WAIT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER FROM GA MÉN!!!!
